Payment
- Payments for the term are due the first day of each term by cash or cheque payable to “Sabrina Wakfer”.
- Payments by the month are made by post dated cheque made payable to “Sabrina Wakfer” and dated for the first day of each month.
Fees
- There is no registration fee.
- Supplies are included in the tuition.
- Students working on college / university entrance portfolios may need to supply specialized items.
Attendance
- Lessons missed due to inclement weather or teacher absences will be made up at a time convenient for both teacher and student.
- Students who walk to the studio from their school should assume that in the event of a school cancellation due to storms there will be no art class and it will be rescheduled. If storms have cleared the studio will be open providing the roads have been cleared (phone ahead to confirm).
- There will be no make-up classes for students who do not show up for classes. The lesson time is reserved for a specific student and or class.
- If the student is ill they may have their class rescheduled, although they may share a time slot with another student. Please call 24 hours in advance to cancel if at all possible.
- Although a rare occurrence, periodically there may be a substitute teacher in my place.
